I ordered two bags and wanted to return one of them

I ordered two bags and wanted to return one of them. I emailed Alepea before I collected bag number two from thw postal office and asked how I should do. They told me to collect bag number two and then ask for e return label to send it back. After I collected bag number two from postal office and emailed Alepeak they have ghosted me totally. They do not answer any emails.

For information - this is a Aliexpress-company which disguise them selfs as a seroius company called Alepeak. Way over priced. Hopefully the bags will work but if anything breaks I dont think ”Alepeak” aka Aliexpress will be there and help. Scammers!
